Help with realy simple way to generate CDR

The call log page should already show you the external calls information. But there are couple of different methods on the PBX where you can get the CDRs out. The admin guide should have the information.


The user guide is hard to understand for people who don't do this on the daily basis. And the call log does not show more then just 1 last call. I also cant find a way to fix that.

Are you the end user or the PBX admin? If you are the end user, then your options are limited. But you are the admin, then use the 'admin' guide. Not the 'user' guide.


There is Admin->Settings->Keep CDR duration field that determines how long the CDRs will stay in the system.



I am the Admin. However I don't have "CDR duration field" under settings. Im running V: 2011- (Win64)

if you are asking about the total number of minutes of all the calls, we do not have that yet. You will have to do that manually. You can use one of the external CDR methods to do that. http://kiwi.pbxnsipsupport.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=389 shows different methods of collecting the CDRs externally (note: MySQL method is not supported anymore)
