pbx support Posted August 9, 2011 Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 This generally happens if the server thinks you(i.e., the from email address) as a spammer. This can also mean, the address not found or disabled. Depending on the email server you could see different reason why the server sends these error messages. pbx support Posted August 10, 2011 Report Share Posted August 10, 2011 Can you put the screen shot of Admin->Email (of Domain->Settings: Email section) & the "To" email address, just to make sure that nothing is set incorrectly. Couple of other suggestions: - to get the log from email server & see why they are having issues. - Use a different email server (for testing purpose, you can try using yahoo or gmail account as the 'from' address) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Are you sure you entered a valid email address as the destination? Also there is a typo in "comapny.com.com", I guess this is not the issue here...
