It says "Please enter the extension number"? Maybe is there a space behind the '*'? What version are you running?

 

The messege comes when i use the Timeout (s): 15 in Timeout Handling because i want to forward the call to Redirect Number: 3000 when no option/direction is choosen. Without the timeout the system is silent.

 

Using a Teles voipbox with Version: 2.1.1.2210 (Linux)

Oh, you should get the message "Or remain on the line for general assistance" (File aa_general_assistance.wav). In German that is "Bleiben Sie in der Leitung um mit einem Mitarbeiter verbunden zu werden". Check if that file is okay, maybe there is a old file version.

It is silent now, exactly as i wanted it:-)
