Dropped call when transfering on cell

You maybe bumping into "call transfer from 3rd party devices not supported" issue.


Can you empty the license and force the PBX to get the "free" license again? I remember there was some change made on the license server to take care of these issues.


Reinstalled the free license and same thing. Any other ideas?

Looks like this is a 4.2 version. You need to upgrade to 4.5 to get the new license built into the product. Alternatively, just send a private message to pbx_support and he will send you the license key for snom ONE free for 4.5 (which should also work on 4.2).

It worked with a free license until I upgraded to Snom Blue. And it's back to the dropping calls on transfer again
