Shared Mailbox - Provision MWI

I am trying to achieve the following :

A group mailbox on extension 97 (this is working).

When a message is received, the MWI indicator lights on the Snom 870's (this is working)

When the Message button (MWI indicator) is pressed the phone calls the group mailbox (*97 would do this).

What actually happens is that the SIP Notify message that is sent to the 870 from the Snom One telling the phone to ring the local mailbox (even though its disabled) contains the following :

Received from tls:192.168.41.10:5061 at 30/5/2012 16:42:24:711 (634 bytes):

NOTIFY sip:41@192.168.41.14:4603;transport=tls;line=ic34xgq4 SIP/2.0

CSeq: 16636 NOTIFY

Max-Forwards: 70

Contact: <sip:192.168.41.10:5061;transport=tls>

Event: message-summary

Subscription-State: terminated;reason=noresource

Content-Type: application/simple-message-summary

Content-Length: 96

Messages-Waiting: no

Message-Account: sip:841@xyz.com

Voice-Message: 0/0 (0/0)

Any thoughts / suggestions on how to change the way this SIP notify is generated?

(Please note this is a Snom One Plus - access to the conf files is not readily available!)

That's not quite all, maybe I should have posted a trace with a message waiting, but nonetheless, the message account value in the SIP Notify message contains the value that the message button uses to call the mailbox, ie it will call 841@xyz.com when I want it to call *97 (or 897@xyz.com if that will work) when the MWI is lit.

841@xyz.com doesn't work as that mailbox is disabled.

The group mailbox functionality needs some rework IMHO. It is there for a long time; in the meantime we added functionality to copy messages into mailboxes, and operations like deleting affects all copies. That would be much more appropriate than having the phone to deal with two or more mailboxes, which is very confusing, not only for the phone.
