For that you need a special license. The snom ONE sales team can help you out there. But be warned--the support is still "basic".

they gave me a new lic key and now i can see 3 party phones in the pnp section, but what setting do i enter into the phone?

Not being the biggest Yealink expert, I would assume the address of the PBX. Usually phones start with TFTP and then continue the provisioning on their own with a more reliable protocol like HTTP or HTTPS.
