Multiple Outgoing Messages

I want to set up our voice-mail system with three different outgoing messages.

 

1) When all agents in the group are logged out I want a "No one is available..." message.

2) If someone uses the escape mailbox from the agent group queue I want a simple "Please leave your message..."

3) Finally, if the night service flag is set I want "Our offices are now closed..."

 

The catch is that I want all of these on the same mailbox so our staff don't have to watch 3 separate mail boxes. Is this possible or do I need to set up 3 extensions with 3 messages and 3 boxes and route the calls appropriately?

Hmm. That feature is not available yet. Probably we need something like 8123*3 which would mean 8: Call the mailbox directly, 123: that's the extension and *3: Use greeting #3.

That sounds ideal to me, but currently I need 3 mail boxes?

The feature will be available in 5.0.3, which should be available shortly. If you are on version 4, yea then you need several mailboxes. Then you can use them with the same email address, so that you at least get them into the same email account.

I am on 4, yes. I have added 3 boxes, thanks for the help.
