moh10ly
Is it possible to direct voice messages in mp3/wav format to extension's e-mail? I think it's supposed to do this already but I'm not getting the wav attachment. I'm getting this error on the log file in the PBX. [2] 2013/02/13 12:45:42: audio: File recordings/msg6.wav not found in the cache for closing Thanks
Vodia PBX
Hmm that should work. What version is that? Do you get emails e.g. on missed calls for that extension (is the email working in general)?

Vodia support
Also check the cdr settings, I believe the system will delete recordings along with the cdr is set to yes. "Delete the call recording files along with the CDRs:"

Vodia PBX
What email server are you using? Maybe that server is filtering attachments?! The CDR emails also have a little attachment, it that also gets filtered out there is a general problem with attachments.

Vodia PBX
Can you do a quick try with gmail? Just to see if your PBX (or maybe firewall) has a problem or the email server.
moh10ly
Ok it's my fault, sorry guys but I didn't know that I need an "Off the menu" License for voice recording. after installing a trial license key for automatic recording on the PBX now. it's working without any issues and I'm receiving wav attachments. Thank you everyone
