Kostya
Hello, I receive call redirection from my PBX (SnomONE 5.0.6 (CentOS64)) with its number (not with an original phone number). Can I receive a redirection with original phone number from a caller? Thank you.
Vodia PBX
In principle absolutely yet. However it depends on how you terminate your calls back into the PSTN. Many service providers don't allow presenting numbers that the subscriber does not own. You should check your your provider how this can be achieved. snom ONE has very flexible SIP header settings and it should be possible to tweak the settings for your service provider too. Carlos Montemayor
Hi, I have the same problem. I need to redirect always a call to a cell phone and the user needs to see the original number, not only to know who is really calling but also to be able to return a missed call. In my case, there is absolutely no restriction from the carrier side, which is in turn an ITSP. Where can I instruct the pbx to present the call with the original number? Vodia PBX
Unfortunately, practically every carrier does it slightly different. We have introduced a list of carriers in the setup drop-down to simplify the correct setup. Is it on the list? If not we would love to add it . Carlos Montemayor
It is not in the list yet, but willing to enter. Shall I PM you with a SIP account of theirs with its corresponding user, password, domain and so forth and such like?
Vodia PBX
Yes that would be great.
Carlos Montemayor
The messenger is not allowing me to send you new messages, neither to Mr. X. It shows an error saying that you guys cannot receive any new messages. Is your inbox full?
