In a webinterface your customer can create a string for this service to input this combination to the IVR. This string we write back to snomone this solution works perfect. What we need is to know the expression how we can tranfer a caller to a second IVR or extension when this input of the DTMF is not matching to announcement a message etc. thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you want to match everything else, you can just put a expression like this at the end: !.*!21! (means: Send everything else to 21).
