Currently Active Calls API

I couldn't really find a good forum to put this in, sorry.


We have an intranet at work and we would like to display some PBX details on it, specifically currently active calls and who is on the phone. Is there any way for me to get this info from the shomOne by API, REST or SOAP for example?

That's a complex question. We are keeping the SOAP calls unless there is a real reason to change them. New calls are preferably JSON/REST; but the number of actual available methods is still in its beginnings.


For measuring the PBX status, there are SNMP sensors available. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=SNMP_Ports has more information.
