xinity Posted October 22, 2013 Report Share Posted October 22, 2013 hy all, i'm quite new to snome solutions, been using several other like asterisk for few years. i'm curious about agent jump in / jump out. is there any way to do this without using ACD ? the fact is ACD option is "too big" for us. we only need to option to have agents who can "jump in / jump out" with a bouton shortcut on their snom 720 in a defined group.
