McFone
Hi, we use the version 5.2.3 (Debian64bit) and Windows 7 (64bit) This message comes only when we start the dialer.exe one times. [8] 2014/07/30 22:51:13: CSTA: StartApplicationSession Request from 29@pbx.xx, App id=snom ONE TAPI service provider, invoke id=1140, timeout=1800 [5] 2014/07/30 22:51:13: CSTA: StartApplicationSession Request failed for 29@pbx.xx, App id=snom ONE TAPI service provider, invoke id=1140, timeout=1800 Looks like the registration is not to successfully. In the registry are adjustment for looging the TSP what are the right setup to write a logfile ? thanks
Vodia PBX
This means that the username and/or password did not match or that you simply don't have a license for CSTA, which is necessary for TAPI.
McFone
Hi, the version not support CSTA ! We install the 30 day trial of CSTA to test this feature. Dial to outside is no problem with the dialer.exe and TAPICALL for incoming calls is not working for us. [8] 2014/08/01 16:16:03: CSTA: leg=604, device=29@pbx.xxx, inbound=false, Calling=017xxxxxx@pbx.nagy, Called=29@pbx.nagy, State=alerting, CallID = SD8f3ja01-3eb2fa46113112fbe263da96f0baa011-v300g00 To check what is wrong with the TAPI we use phone.exe very nice to check TAPI Interfaces. In our case looks like the tapi is not right connect to the system the software (phones) can not dial the button is not active and the software show nothing information via the TAPI interface? thanks
McFone
Hi, in the online documentation we found this The snom ONE TSP supports in version 2.0.3 only the initiation of outbound calls and the disconnect of such calls It is possible to use ESTOS or Tapicall to handle signal incoming calls via 3rd party tapi treiber? In the forum we found also this information http://forum.vodia.com/index.php/topic/6722-click-to-dial-in-microsoft-outlook/ is any new version of the TAPI Driver avaiable. thanks
Vodia PBX
A long time ago, we have also tested against Estos and it was working okay. TAPI remains to be a pain in the neck, it is very difficult to develop/debug TAPI software. We used dialer.exe mostly for testing. As far as I remember 2.0.3 is the last version that we made.
