Mailbox files are empty

Sorry for the language, but i'm a french reseller and this text is the result of an automatic translation.

Send files by mail are empty, and I receive an email saying that there has been a problem "User disconnects call"

I think there is a problem of codecs negotiation but I can not find a solution.

I compare the configuration with the many other PBX installed and it is identical, the calls, they work very well, it is only on the filing of a message that the problem appears and it also happens in intercom


The file is still empty, be it in reception by email or by listening to the mailbox
