pbxuser25 Posted September 8, 2015 Report Share Posted September 8, 2015 Can anyone help me out how to get Music on Hold running if the lines are busy ?I though I set it, but occasionally it turned out that the client gets a busy tone. Perhaps it is a good idea the client to get to that song once he did the call ? The music starts and he waits for the conversation to begin when until an agent picks-up ? Vodia PBX Posted September 10, 2015 Report Share Posted September 10, 2015 Well Agent Groups have a lot more features than hunt groups (e.g. the MoH).
