Inbound rates on trunk

Hi, Happy New Year! Can you please tell me how can I set up this option.

  • Direction (optional): If you put the flag "i" here the row will apply for inbound calls, otherwise it will apply for outbound calls.

I have a trunk ABC and I have a DID on server 1212456xxxx. I want if any one call on this DID and call comes through ABC trunk then how it should be charged on specific rate? Please tell me how can I set up this under trunk rates. Thanks

The pattern matching is exactly the same like outbound calls, just that it looks at the "From" header not the "To" header. Did you get outbound rates working fine so far?

Also there is a difference that the inbound calls are not deducted from the domain or extension balance, simply because nothing can stop incoming calls from occurring. They are reported though e.g. in the CDR.
