shopcomputer Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 Snom 360 7.30 If they have 2 calls on hold and try to pick 1 up and transfer them to another extension, the 2 callers get conferenced, and the user gets knocked out of the call. call join on xfer is set to off on the phone. BigBrother Posted May 2, 2008 Report Share Posted May 2, 2008 Hi, The problem could be picking up the right transfer destination. snom recently cleaned up that list and from v7.1.33 onwards, explicit selection of transfer destination (old call or a new one) is more user friendly. I'd recommend upgrading to that version whenever you can get your hands on it.
