    change acd0 to "1" and the next announcement to "2"

    After this changes all the phones and mobiles ring from the start ;-)

  2. You can load the 2nd greeting (with the number 0). Then the PBX will read that out tentatively while the phones are ringing.

  3. If you want to queue up callers, the easiest is to is ACD -- even if there is only one agent in the ACD. In the ACD, you can record such prompts.

     

    Also, you can disable call waiting on the PBX. This has the effect that the PBX does not attempt to route calls to an extension, instead performs the redirect on busy action. For example, you can redirect the caller into the ACD so when the extension becomes available again, you can then connect the call.

    One problem what we have is snomONE v5.

    For a small business installation of 10 extension we need more than 20 ACD for the extension to handle this.

    10 ACD for the prompts and 10 ACD for the busy handling is this right ?

  4. Hi,

     

    for all our agents in the acd group the calls are forwarded to mobile.

    Everything works perfectly

     

    Our provider, we use a siptrunk bills a large number of calls and all the calls have only 2 - 4 seconds.

    We are not connected to this calls, why we have a lot of short calls in the invoice

  5. Announcement to the caller

    We are sorry at the moment we are quickly on phone, please wait.... until the employee take this call.

    The extension is not busy !

     

    and the second is Busy on Busy for a extension with a announcement or with a busy tone to the caller.

     

    we look for a easy way without to build up a lot of IVR etc. to handle this.

    snomone supports these features?

  6. My first guess would be that the registration is not stable. Can you have the PBX send an email when the registration changes for that extension? You can set that in the registration tab in the extension settings (domain mode).

    The time now looks fine for me from "00:00-24:00 (24:00 / 24:00"

    I thing this time view is ok, the monitoring of the account send no email to me

    so the connection is stabil

     

    Why we have no time ranges in the view for our other phones snom 821 and snom m9, only for the snom 870 we have this behavior

  8. Using Version: 4.5.0.1016 (Linux)

     

    I using an ACD to dial a cell phone and a deskphone.

    We have 3 agents two at home and one in the office and need to be available 24x7 for calls.

     

    The ACD and the integration with the cellphone works perfect.

    Our problem is after 25sec this call is forwarding to the cellphone and after 30sec the message comes up "this number is not reachable" from the provider and the ACD is broken.

     

    In germany we can not switch off this message we can only switch off the voicebox of the mobile.

    One minute is to short for a big queue

     

    Any help would be appreciated
