    i miss something in the call history for calls and missed calls, the button we can dial direct this number and also to put this number to contacts.

  5. Switch off announcement after greeting

    Hi,

     

    after the message greeting1 the system plays a announcement with please leave a message after the tone and you have more options etc..

    How switch off the message after playing the mailbox message.

     

    We found only this Play envelope information before playing the mailbox message: with no effect.

    Hi,

     

    one example of the behavior

     

    We have 3 extensions 50,51,52 all have picture via drag and drop in the webconsole under the home page

     

    Login 50

    Picture from the extension 51 and 52 are visible and from the 50 -> After one minute the picture from the Extension 50 is gone the other picture are visible

     

    Login 51

    Picture from the extension 50 and 51 are visible and from the 51-> After one minute the picture from the Extension 51 is gone the other picture are visible

     

    Login 52

    Picture from the extension 50 and 52 are visible and from the 52-> After one minute the picture from the Extension 52 is gone the other picture are visible

     

    Only the picture from the extension whitch is log in the webconsole is exactly one minute later gone and only via a refresh back the other are still visible.

     

    Chrome version 43.0.2357.81 m (64-bit)

    Hi,

     

    the picture only from the account number is gone all the picture from the colleague are present and not gone.

    For me this is not a cache problem otherwise all the picture are invisible.

    Hi,

     

    in the web console we can upload picture via Home (drag and drop) and under profile via upload only the picture from the home site is displayed for the extension, what is the difference and for what is the upload under profile.

     

    Anyway the issue is the picture are to remove after a short time only a refresh of the site bring the picture back and the window to control which extension is displayed or not have only undefined buttons and text but its working fine ;-)

     

    You have the right size for the picture.

     

    We use chrome Version 42.0.2311.152 m (64-bit) and snomone 5.2.5a (Debian64).

    Hi,

     

    we change the provision password (Domain) and one of the phones snom 720 are not registred any more in the status of the account is SIP!, HTTP! Never before i saw this status how can we fix this ?

     

    We use the redirection service to connect the phone to the pbx

  16. Yealink T48 PNP

    Hi,

     

    so, the language is fix for german use "German" and not "Deutsch" in the PNP File

    Where is the german text file storage on the pbx ?

     

    The button problem is ongoing for troubleshooting i need access to the phone and this is not posible no password or user is working.

    I try http and https

    Where can i find the right password?

     

    Other question the yealink is provision without TLS is TLS working with snomONE?

    Hi,

     

    so, we result of the test looks like to a sync problem to the phone T41 and T46

     

    1.) Button

    The behavior of the setup is normal all the BLF adjustment can use this is not important all are the same.

    -> In the config file all the adjustment are the same from the data, on the phone sometimes are working sometimes not.

    -> Delete one button the button is also delete in the config file but not on the phone the button is still available also after a reboot.

     

    !Open the account for provision again helps on the T41 not on the T46, delete is not working.

     

    2.) language

    The language is german in the file the phone is french.

     

    For me looks like the provision file is OK all the data are correct, the pbx is in the datacenter maybe this is the problem.

    Hi,

     

    we use the firmware version 35.73.0.50 (new) of the yealink phone and the snomONE version 5.2.5a debian

     

    We have some problems with the yealink T48

     

    1.) The language is after the PNP process in france

    2.) The account data for the admin pnp is not working a login in the GUI is not posible

    The password and pin are verified via the domain.xml file

    3.) Buttons

    We can setup Buttons (BLF) and the phone display this information direct on the display.

    Our problem is we delete all the buttons and the buttons are on the phone we can not delete any buttons where are created before

    4.) BLF

    BLF is not working only speeddial and dialing the extension is working

    Hallo,

     

    der TAPI Treiber für die snomONE deckt nur ausgehende Gespräche Click2Dial ab aber ohne eine Integration in Outlook oder andere dritt CTI Software mit der aus- und eingehend supportet ist wird die von den Kunden abgelehnt!

     

    Welche Software nutzt das CSTA von snomONE, eine Integration in Webapplikationen wie CRM usw. ist umsetzbar wie bindet man das CSTA in dritt Applikationen für CTI ein ?
