  3. snom 320 limited flash memory

    Hi,

     

    thanks for answer.

    For new installations we use we 7x series the snom 3x are a lot in the field and we need a solution for this.

     

    We try to change the language on the snom 320 with no success.

    Our steps.

     

    1.) First we load the xml files for german http://snomone.com/downloads/snomONE/audio/audio_de.xml

    2.) Restart the pbx

    3.) In the extension we set to german under "language for the webinterface"

    4.) Restart the phone via factory reset and load the provision data via PNP

     

    The snom 320 is english

  5. Caller ID other extension

    Hi,

     

    We setup a huntgroup only with one phone "Boss" and in the secretary account we try this setting and monitor via BLF the secretary phone.

    "Include following extensions when this extension is being called:" and set the hunt group extension as extension where the boss phone is inside, this is not working ;-(

    A direct call to the huntgroup is working

     

    For a huntgroup we must set the extension number for this group to the secretary number and for the ANI of the secretary the huntgroup number ??

    Hi,

     

    is this to configuration with snomONE with different phones like snom, yeahlink and polycom

    When someone call a monitoring phone we want to see the caller id.

     

    One Example

    When someone call secretary's phone, the boss want to see the caller id and decide to pick up or not.

    Now we can see only via BLF the LED Status green, red etc without caller ID's this is similar for extension or groups etc.

    Wir würden uns freuen wenn man an diesen Punkten gemeinsam arbeiten kann um snomONE noch besser zu machen.

    Test von Releases können wir jederzeit durchführen oder auch Traces usw. liefern.

     

    GUI User

    Versendete IM’s werden nicht angezeigt Web, Telefon

    Include following extensions when this extension is being called: -> fehlt im GUI User Interface

     

    Photo Account

    Das Photo wird in der User GUI HOME angezeigt aber nicht bei einem Call

     

    Night Mode

    Der Nightmode kann aktiviert und deaktiviert werden *80 / *

    Funktion wird nicht ausgeführt es werden keine Calls umgeleitet

     

    Hot Desk

    Ein / Ausschalten wird ausgeführt.

    Bei eingeschaltetem Hot Desk werden Eingehende Calls auf die Hotdesk Nebenstelle geleitet.

    Die Ausgehende Identität ist die vom Primären Telefon und nicht die eingeschaltete Hot Desk Nebenstelle.

     

    -> Bei Calls Intern wird die Nebenstelle angezeigt auf welche man eingelogt ist und extern die welche als Hot Desk eingestellt ist damit alles OK.

     

    Umleitung alle Gespräche *71

    Die Nebenstelle kann nicht erkennen dass die Gespräche von einer umgeleiteten Nebenstelle kommt es wird der Anrufer signalisiert.

     

    Rufton

    Für Gruppen und ACD’s ist der Rufton einstellbar aber kein Silent Ton.

    Für das Telefon ist nur ein Rufton einstellbar wie kann Intern und Extern mit einem Rufton eingestellt werden.

     

    UC Client

    Der UC Client schneidet Text und Photos ab

     

    Nebenstellenbeobachtung

    Liste der Konten deren Gespräche angezeigt werden soll (* für alle):

    Uns erschließt sich die Nebenstellenüberwachung nicht haben verschiedene Einstellungen probiert.

    Was nachgefragt wird ist eine Überwachung einer Nebenstelle und man sieht die Rufnummer von der überwachten Nebenstelle welche diese angeruft.

    Ist das mit den Einstellungen möglich?

    In der Doku steht:

    das Extension Modul wird erst gefüllt wenn alle Keys auf dem Telefon voll sind, je nach Telefon sind das 6-16 Keys.

     

    Mit dem Dokument kann man das leicht ändern und individuell gestalten

    Ein PNP Templat für Telefone mit einem Extension Modul kann helfen.

     

    Das einfachste ist den Parameter up.numOfDisplayColumns="2" mit einem Extension Modul zu verwenden damit wechseln die BLF usw. ab 4 Keys im Home Screen auf das Modul je nach Parameter.

    die Telefone sind alle mit PNP provisioniert.

    Die 5.2.3a ist die PBX Version und die Polycom Firmware ist 5.1.1.2986

     

    Für die BLF Tasten haben wir eine einfache Möglichkeit gefunden im polycom_all.xml folgendes eintragen

    Damit kann man z.B.: Konferenz / Service Buttons setzen halt alles was mit dem selben StarCode An/Aus gesetzt wird

     

    attendant.resourceList.3.address="{blf 3}"
    attendant.resourceList.3.label="{blf-label 3}"
    attendant.resourceList.3.type="{blf-type 3 normal}"
    Vielleicht kann man die Funktion im Webinterface der PBX hinterlegen das anstatt automata dann normal eingestellt werden kann.
    Damit wird dem Parameter nicht der StarCode vorangestellt *86

    DND

    Es erfolgt keine DND Aktualisierung auf den überwachten Leitungen.

     

    CallerID

    Wird ein Gespräch mit vorheriger Ansage (Attended) weitergeleitet wird beim Transfer die Rufnummer vom Anrufer übermittelt.

    Wird ein Gespräch ohne vorherige Ansage (Blind Transfer, Unattended) übergeben wird nicht die Rufnummer des Anrufers sondern der Nebenstelle die das Gespräch transferiert angezeigt.

     

    Mit einer Umstellung im Trunk funktioniert es ;-)

     

    Button

    Die PNP Provisionierung für BLF / Park Orbit und Speeddial kann vom System durchgeführt werden.

    Wir suchen ein Weg um weitere Funktionen wie folgende zu auf den Tasten zu unterstützen.

     

    · Recording

    · ACD Login

    · Service Flag

    · Mobil

     

    Der Versuch diese Funktionen auf die Tasten zu legen bewirkt das die Funktion eingeschaltet wird aber ein Ausschalten durch den vorangestellten Star Code *86 nicht möglich ist.

    Durch die Programmierung von Softkeys EFK können diese Tasten programmiert werden aber ohne eine LED als Kontrolle der Taste.

     

    Wie kann eine Lösung im Konfigurationsfile umgesetzt werden um diese Funktion auf die Tasten zu programmieren.

     

    Unsere Idee ist hierzu alle BLF Tasten Manuell zu erstellen und nicht global die Variable call.directedCallPickupString zu verwenden.

    Einzig mit Flexor von Camrivox ist eine inbound Signalisierung möglich!

    CSTA wird von kein Programm unterstützt!

     

    Video

    Die Videofunktion ist getestet mit einem VVX500 / VVX600

    Ein Videostream wird nur aufgebaut wenn das Voice Gespräch auf "Halten" gesetzt wird und dann "Fortgesetzt" wird.

    Damit sendet das Telefon "Halten,Fortgesetzt" ein Stream an die Gegenstelle dieses sendet kein Stream (einseitig, es sendet immer das Telefon mit Halten,Fortgesetzt) dabei wird RTP (Sprache) nicht weiter übertragen nur einseitiges Video.

    Keine Lösung gefunden

     

    Sidecar

    Eine Provisionierung war nicht erfolgreich.

    Am Telefon wird der erste Button vom Sidecar mit "17" bezeichnet.

    Eine Belegung in der PBX mit dem Button 17 wird nicht auf das Sidecar gelegt.

  16. snom 320 G711 not working

    Hi,

     

    we have more than 25 snom 320 phones and with all we have a audio problem, for the Phone we use G711

    We call the voicebox and the sound is very bad also the voice from a caller in the other direction to the caller the voice quality is good.

     

    We do a little bit testing of codecs and firmwares

    We switch the codec to G729A and the voice quality is good no problem in two directions also the audio from the voicebox is good.

     

    We test also different firmware version 8.4.35 / 8.7.3.18 and 8.7.3.25 all have the same bad voice quality.

    Other phones snom 710 etc work without problems on the same pbx Version: 5.2.3 (Debian64) and network ?
    Any idea why G711 is not working on the snom 320 phones

    Hi,

     

    in the online documentation we found this

    The snom ONE TSP supports in version 2.0.3 only the initiation of outbound calls and the disconnect of such calls

     

    It is possible to use ESTOS or Tapicall to handle signal incoming calls via 3rd party tapi treiber?

     

    In the forum we found also this information http://forum.vodia.com/index.php/topic/6722-click-to-dial-in-microsoft-outlook/ is any new version of the TAPI Driver avaiable.

    we mean the Monitoring Remote Lines with BLF

     

    For example:

    VVX500 (29) -> Monitor (30) BLF

    Now, the Extension 30 switch to DND on the monitoring line of the phone 29 this status is not updated for example like snom (red)

    the version not support CSTA !

    We install the 30 day trial of CSTA to test this feature.

     

    Dial to outside is no problem with the dialer.exe and TAPICALL for incoming calls is not working for us.

    For the BLF extension are not display the status of DND (red) it is possible to display the DND of extension on the BLF Label
