    Hi,

     

    ok, the service work the only problem what we have is the field not understand this

    The problem is the {}

    here is an error and you cannot save the field does not understand it

    The function is working without variables

    One question more normaly we plan to offer this service for a notification of voicemails from the extension this is possible

    Hi,

    thanks for the answer

    All phones are registered via PNP, we have already deleted the directory under generated and created a new directory for the extension.

     

    snom:
    we use a snom 320
    With snom, the phone must be restarted for each action New / Change and Delete.

    A sync does not work

    Polycom VVX410
    The same for polycom all changes to the keys must be sent to the phone via a restart.

    Yealink T41
    With yealink it is the case that sometimes it is possible and often not, sometimes the keys are sent only after a factory reset.

    The yealink must be set to open provisioning again for this purpose

    Sometimes changes and deletions of keys can only be done via factory reset, the update of the phone after save the changes has no effect

    Hello community,

    we have problems with the buttons, the behavior is the following:

    This behavior is the same in the user portal or domain

    snom:
    No transfer of buttons to the phone, a reboot is require after a reboot the buttons are present, a change to buttons also goes only with a reboot.

    Polycom:
    The same here, only the buttons are displayed after a reboot same for only change / delete of buttons

    Yealink:
    With the yealinks buttons are transferred to the phone but changes / delete of buttons are not transfer and yealink need a factory reset not only a reboot to take over the buttons

    All telephones are connected with TLS to the system and Hosted version 58.3 and we use the redirection service.

    We can not figure out that is  wrong with the config or setup , with the behavior is not a roll out to customer possible.

    But we do not see our mistakes, every help or tip are welcome

    As an SMS provider we want to use websms and the company offer via GET the sending of the SMS https://websms.de/entwickler/apis/http-simple-uri-call

    In the domain we can only defined a url not the account credentials from the sms gateway 

    URL for sending text messages to cell phones: When the PBX needs to be installed, the URL provided in this setting. For more information, see Event Notifications.

    We need one account for the sms service per domain (Hosted Version) for billing is this possible.

    Hi,

    is a 320 snom, we have generally problems with phones and buttons we have yealink, snom and polycom, polycom for example shows only buttons after a reboot and shows a extension after a reconnect of a phone not registered online BLF status etc.

    Would be great if you could watch this live together via remote deskop

    Hi,

    no provision of keys on any device are possible domain extension -> Buttons and user portal.

    We can see under the generated folder, the relation of the button config are not stored correctly, in the config file snom_320_buttons-000413xxxx.xml are missing data.

    We use Version Sep 9 2017 05:45:43 Version 58.3

    Maybe a configuration problem?

    Any idea

    Hi,

    We create button profiles in the domain and map them to the extensions, in the user portal all the buttons are visible under buttons.

    We can not save any changes to the buttons type, parameter or label.

    We create specific profiles in the domain and we can change in the user portal type,parameter and label

    vodia works on the matter or it is a misconfiguration of us

  13. Yealink TLS Provision

    Hello,

    we have connected a snom and a yealink to the vodia and get a TLS connection for the snom and a TCP connection for the yealink.

    The Vodia has a Yealink certificate but why not create a TLS connection for the phone we use the redirection service from yealink ?

  16. Version 58.1 Provisioning Server Redirection

    Hi,

     

    we have connect the phone to version 58.1 also with the firmware 8.7.3.25 but is not working, we see in the log the phone but in the display is displayed "HTTP password not set" it works at 57.2 (Debian64) with firmware 8.7.3.25
    We have tested a snom 760 and this work on 58.1 without problems, we have so many snom 320
    It is perhaps also a firmware problem?

  19. Active sync multiple email accounts

    Hi,


    I noticed if you have multiple email accounts in Outlook then activesync does not work, is only one email account and one contacts folder active the active sync are run without problems.


    With multiple email accounts stop the sync with the following message



    Active sync aborts with the following message

    [7] 17: 49: 46.243 WEBC: https: outlook.office365.com: 443: Return code 200

    [5] 17: 49: 46.244 WEBC: Activesync Status Error: Failure 2. Status


    any idea how we can handle multiple email accounts in outlook.

  22. Version 58.1 Provisioning Server Redirection

    Hi,

     

    the redirection service from snom is for us not working anymore with the new version 58.1.

    We see the mac address on the snom server and the telephone contact the pbx but no provision is going on.

    We can change this in the template and all user with the same phone have after PNP this account credits

    For the assignment of the TAPI drivers we need for each user different accounts the webaccess is not working for the phone maybe we have a misunderstanding.

     

    CTI is not well supported from Vodia the TAPI driver work not stable with limited features and associated with too much support with customers and in the end we give up.
    The manufacturers of CTI solution support CSTA but not the Vodia PBX and give no support!
    For every tip who knows a solution that works I am very happy
    We are trying to setup that CTI solution http://phonesuite.de/ have TAPI for snom and yealink the solution is not to big very smart and inexpensive.

    we want to get a other snom TAPI drivers for CTI to work, but we need user level access not admin access to the phone with PNP is a user level provision ?
    In the config file we found not the right data to access as user level in the phone.
