    Hi,


    with a shared mailbox how can we recording personal greetings from a extension that have access to the mailbox, the extension is Mailbox only.


    And how to listen to recordings to a shared mailbox we try * 97Extension or 8Extension from the extension have access to this mailbox.


    The PBX announce for all action the feature is not available

    Hi,

     

    the ACD can redirect also a fax to a specific destination

     

    Auto Attendant

    To redirect fax messages to a specific destination, you can use the direct destination "F".

    The CNG tone that announces a fax tone is recognized by the system and is translated into the "F" key.

    Hi,

     

    we can not found the new TAPI Driver we found only the old one.

     

    Outlook fixes. There were a few problems with Outlook versions that made it hard to disconnect calls from Outlook.

    Those fixes also include changes in the TAPI service provider (TSP).

  8. Group Monitoring

    Hi

     

    we replace a asterisk.

    Our problem now is the company have a handicraft working asterisk

    In the company the groups have not a entry DID for example 10 for support and 20 for accounting etc.

     

    The workflow is all extensions in one group can pickup with one button the group calls.

    My idea is to use the parallel call to route the extensions parallel to a hunt group to pick the calls with one button.

     

    The company want this setup all the discussion to change this are not succesfully.

     

    So, anybody have a good setup for one button pickup for a group without a entry DID

  10. Dial from the user webinterface via phone

    Hi,

     

    Version 5.5.6

     

    we dial a number from the contacts and the popup give us a choice to call this number with the browser or the phone.

     

    We enter the number in the inputbox to make a call from your phone and no popup is coming up we can only call via the browser.

    How to make a call from the inputbox from your phone.

    can you point me to the right direction, how must be setup the BLF in the snom phone ?

    What we do is to setup the BLF under Buttons from the extension in the vodia server and via PNP provision to the phone.

    In this setup only the lamps are show the monitored extension without to show the caller id in the display.

     

    You can give us a example to setup this right (snom phone, vodia)

    For example

    Phone 101 calls Phone 102
    i have subscript Phone 102
    how can i see on my phone that phone 102 gets a call from 101 or from an external parties

     

    It is possible to provison this feature

    Our hostedi.am Call transfer feature lets you efficiently transfer calls to your team members with a single button press.

    hostedi.am supports both "Blind" and "Attended" transfer modes, meaning you can transfer the call with or without first speaking to the other person you are trying to transfer the call to.

     

     

    Attended Transfer by snom

    For me this is not working with a single button press (BLF), we need to press the transfer button to transfer the call, first the BLF and after speaking with team members press transfer.

     

    Transfer on hangup

    We try to switch the transfer_on_hangup „on“ for attended transfer normaly works for blind attended works not so good so we decide to switch off this feature.

    The pbx transfer the call not back after xy time and the pickup for this calls not possible any more.

     

    What is the bestpratice for attended / blind transfer with a single button press debian 64 Version 5.5.6

    Hi,

     

    the activesync version 5.5.4 is not working for us, by press the sync button no informationn about activesync is present in the logfile and no contacts are synced.

     

    the new webinterface have a different setup?
