  17. stupid question, but hey you gotta ask what would be a perfect DNS SRV entry? thus far ive been doing it .sip._udp.pbx IN SRV 10 10 5060 PBX1 do i need to create multiple DNS SRV records in UDP and in TCP? or it only uses UDP?
  18. HI there has anyone figured out exactly which files needs to be edited or sent to the graphic dept to be edited to change the "looks and feel" of the PBX? almost like setting our own Themes?
  19. the problem i see is HTTP not working once the new one takes over also another issue would be routing incoming calls to the new server, unless you register your trunk and not just a sip gateway also, do the phone actually get provisioned with DNS SRV enabled if you provision the phones using HTTP? the setup we use is the 2nd server actually takes the IP off the first server, but both servers are in the same data center
  20. We are unable to test at this time do you have a PBX running 3.4.0.3201 that you can test to provision 2 or 3 extensions onto 1 phone?
  21. http://www.pbxnsipsupport.com/index.php?_m...kbarticleid=506 is this for my situation? ""Loop-Start" indicates the beginning of the list of extensions per device. You may provide two optional parameters for this tag. The first parameter indicates the number for the first entry (typically, "0" or "1"). The second parameter indicates the maximum number for the loop. This way, you can avoid providing too many extensions for the phone. For example, if you want to have only two extensions with the index 1 and 2, you would use the tag "{Loop-Start 1 3}". "
  22. unless maybe there is a way that i dont put in the "extension@domain" in the user name field on the phone? i tried using "ADMIN@DOMAIN" for the user name and that didnt work, it didnt provision the phone to any extension
