  1. ill try and set up a test session and check for log level 5 errors
  2. maybe have the option of name the file the domain name and extension with the date and time? or even better have the option to customize it by domain extension caller id date etc
  3. ive tryed creating a trunk first just for one domain, then for a dummy domain then for each domain and when they call us back they still get 404 error
  4. Grandstream has the GW2000 phone that comes with a ringtone which will ring and announce the number of the caller, has anyone figured out a way to set this up on a Linksys SPA962 or SPA942 phone? i have the ringer file, i wonder if it can be changed to work on a linksys phone

  6. Has anyone used Enable 911 with pbxNsip? They require some special set up in order to be able to receive a call back from the 911 center, they will call you back by calling EXT@COMAPNYA.MYCOMPANY.COM , i cant figure out how to do this, ive set up 4 trunks with thier IP addresses and when they call me back, they get error 404 any help?

  9. Whats even more intresting is i added back the pattern replacement * and it still works so what was causing the 500 service unavailable will remain mystery
  10. very intresting but i had the dial plan set up pattern * replacement * on the trunk we use for outbound i changed it to pattern * and replacement empty, now it works
  11. is there anyway to have all extensions in the agents list ring at once? the way it works now is that it rings one then adds another one etc i want it to ring the extensions the way a hunt group does

  13. yes you got it right i want to be able to take the call and trasfer it out to another extension or phone number or even call another extension and confrence it in to the existing call but without having to make a new call on my cell phone
  14. i have 2 domains on the system set up now one i can make and receive calls no problem 2nd domains i cant make any calls, but i can receive calls no problem the error code i see in the logfile says 500 service unavailable any clues of what could be the problem? i copied everything the same on the trunk system for the 2nd domain, like i have on the 1st domain

Is it possible that when someone calls my extension and the phone call gets trasferred to my cell phone and i press 1 to accept it during the phone call, can i press a command (like ##) and have an option to dial an extension of another user on the domain? so lets just say, you get a call on your cell since you have it set up to redirect to your cell phone, then while ont he phone you want to bring up the user at extension 523, can you press ##523 and it will confrence to that extension? if not, can the system do any commands after it redirected the caller to that extension?
  16. I was wondering if its possible to upload my own file that announces the "For our dial by name directory, press [number]" and if it is possible, can it be done on a domain level? so each domain has its own recorded file?
  17. I wanted to ask for some advice How would you recommend I program a phone? Customer “A” will have 12 phones, none of the employees have a designated desk, its just 12 phone throughout the office that will ring when a customer calls (its only for customer service calls, there is only one department there) They want to be able to receive additional calls while on the phone with one of their customers, for example: he can be bull s***ting with 1 customer but will want to hang up as soon as a 2nd customer calls. And they want to be able to call another phone extension-to-extension so what’s the best way of doing this?

  19. I have a Grandstream GW2000 phone and when the phone rings, i can press the MUTE/DEL button which The phone will send out 486 Busy to reject the incoming call and the phone goes to voice mail Has anyone figured out how to do it on a Linksys SPA962 phone?

  22. When you go to the login page to your server, the header has "SIP-based PBX for VoIP telephony" how do i remove it? and add "whatever i want to add"

If I have 25 accounts and I add a 26th one, it won't show up on the list I have to add 2 more in order for it to show up on the list And when I mean by showing up on the list, it should have a link to see the rest of the accounts So what i figured out is that if there is only 1 account to show up on the 2nd page, then it there wont be a link to go to the 2nd page (to see the rest of the remainign (upto 25) accounts) Am i clear?
