  1. Hi Matt, You are a ahead of the game, this will be launched today. The basic edition is for people who want an entry model license or deploy a hybrid type of solution. Please contact you account manager for a new price list with the features described. Thanks Jonathan
  2. Please contact eusales at pbxnsip.com Thanks Jonathan
  3. This is a new feature and is not quite complete or released yet. I was a little early on letting you know :-) Basically the feature would match a previous call from a user/agent and if the agent who answered the original call is available, it will patch them through to the agent. It would be handy in a business case where you don't have to wait for a long time to speak to the same agent on the second call. This feature will be out in V3.3 sometime.
  4. Please contact pbxnsip europe to check the key status.

    Cannot leave VM

If press # after ecording your message and then hangup, it works. If you just hangup, the pbx deletes the message. No email set. Tested snom, linksys, grandstream ata's. Tested on red hat. Does the same happen on windows?
  6. You need to put a different domain name in as the registrar. Also make sure that DNS is set-up correctly, otherwise it won't work.
  7. I tested this and it worked for me. You need to put the a Pattern of * at the top of the dial plan with a trunk ID of "Try Loopback". This will always try and match the number to a number declared as a Global Number. BTW - In V3.1 the a global telephone number is declared with a +. You must ADD the + onto the destination number in the Dial Plan.
  8. None we know of, can anyone let us know what they are using and we could get some tests done.
  9. pbxnsip Upgrade Protection pbxnsip users will shortly have the option to protect their investment by purchasing upgrade protection, meaning that all new releases, upgrades and advancement will be free of charge to all those who take advantage, replacing the current pay as you go model. pbxnsip resellers and distributors will be able to offer their customers piece of mind that once they have paid for upgrade protection they will have instant free access to feature advancements, security updates and new developments in the future. pbxnsip feel that this will further strengthen the market leaders position and offer a new vertical for distributors and resellers to respond to the market demand for a future proof solution. In this function function xml_data($parser, $data) { global $elem, $from_user, $to_user, $from, $to, $duration, $start; if($elem=="CALLID") $callid .= $data; else if($elem=="OUTPUT") $output .= $data; } TRY ADDING $callid and $output as GLOBAL variables within this function call. The variables are classed as local until the linked in as GLOBALS. They are first set outside this function, right at he top of the script.... <?php $elem=""; $callid=""; $output=""; function start_element($parser, $name, $attrs) { Let me know if that makes a difference?

  16. http://www.free-press-release.com/news/200...1221667087.html pbxnsip paired with Sangoma Gateway Cards Provide Superior Building Blocks for Communication Platforms, In order to meet the growing needs of businesses, the new pbxnsip solution is complete, reliable, and totally secure 17 September 2008 – pbxnsip, a leader in SIP-based IP PBX software for Microsoft Windows, MAC and Linux environments, today announced the company has developed its IP PBX software to support Sangoma® Technologies Corporation, newest product line, NetBorderTM Express VoIP Gateway Cards. This has further enhanced its offering with a new overall solution for IP telephony, a segment that is posting rapid growth and attracting increasing interest from businesses worldwide. Sangoma's award-winning telephony cards together with this new set of software building blocks, deliver a robust pbxnsip to TDM VoIP Gateway solution. pbxnsip resellers, distributors and end users can use NetBorder Express with their pbxnsip IP PBX to deploy future proof, stable and secure solutions. The NetBorder Express solution is unique, as the gateway card can reside in the same server as pbxnsip IP PBX software. Also, the installer, configuration, and management interfaces can easily be integrated to deliver a single, tightly-coupled solution, as an alternative to pbxnsip and an external media gateway. “I'm very pleased with the ratification between pbxnsip IP PBX and Sangoma NetBorder Express Gateway, we have been looking for such a product for many years and I have lost count of the number of queries from pbxnsip resellers for a server driven internally deployed gateway. I'm very excited to see the NetBorder Express success over the coming months” said Jonathan Greenwood, CEO pbxnsip Europe Ltd "When developers need to incorporate VoIP gateway functionality on their next generation platforms, they are faced with two choices: to buy an off-the-shelf gateway, which works well but will not provide a tight level of application integration, or to develop their own, which will be very costly in R&D and remove focus from application development," said Frederic Dickey, Director of Product Management for the NetBorder product line. "Sangoma's NetBorder Express Gateway Cards provide customers the best of both worlds - a ready to use gateway, which also easily integrates with the customers' applications." NetBorder Express Gateway Cards include Telco-grade, hardware echo cancellation. Customers can purchase up to eight spans on a single board and can put multiple boards in a server alongside pbxnsip IP PBX. NetBorder Express 1.6 is available now for Windows with T1/E1 interfaces. Analogue and BRI interfaces are planned, as is a Linux version of the software. The trial download for setting up pbxnsip Version 3 for Windows, MAC or Linux can be found on the pbxnsip website at: http://pbxnsip.com/trial If you already own a Sangoma T1/E1 card with hardware echo cancellation, you can download a trial version of the software from the Sangoma web site at: www.sangoma.com/nbe_trial/ About pbxnsip pbxnsip makes SIP-based Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephone systems. 19. pbxnsip and Achab sign a partnership agreement for the distribution in Italy of a future-proof IP PBX The need for VoIP solutions for business use is growing, and Achab is responding to that need with an entirely software-based IP PBX, which is secure, robust, and has all the features a business needs. It is a multiplatform solution for Windows, Linux and Mac, making the product both highly flexible and easy to integrate into the IT structure of any organization. Among the numerous benefits of the pbxnsip IP PBX, those of particular note include the wealth of features and high degree of scalability, as well as a cost that is significantly lower than that of traditional PBXs, greater ease of use and installation than for traditional proprietary systems, and the ability to use existing network infrastructures and to easily integrate an organization’s existing messaging and CRM applications. Another essential aspect for businesses, which is fully implemented in pbxnsip, is security. Indeed, this solution meets the highest security standards and ensures full communication protection. Finally, this new product in the Achab portfolio does not overlook the issue of mobility, which is essential in today’s business landscape as a support for telecommuting and mobile workers. pbxnsip handles mobile phones as if they were internal extensions, thereby providing clear benefits particularly in terms of cost reduction. “We are proud to represent pbxnsip in Italy. The solution that we have chosen to include in our offering impressed us for its wealth of features, its security and its solidity,” said Andrea Veca, an Achab director. “We believe that pbxnsip is the ideal product to meet the needs of SMBs, which are increasingly looking to have a single communications infrastructure that is entirely IP based and is able to ensure data security and confidentiality. Being fully compatible with the SIP standard, pbxnsip is a complete, mature solution that can be adapted to any architecture at a reasonable cost. It’s a true platform that’s able to handle all types of communication and to provide businesses with the ability to integrate applications and to create new services. pbxnsip is a real product for the future.” “We are happy to be able to announce that distribution of our pbxnsip product in Italy is to be handled by a distributor of the caliber of Achab, a company that has such deep roots and extensive reach throughout the country,” said Jonathan Greenwood, CEO of pbxnsip Europe Ltd. “In line with the attention that Achab gives to its channel partners, we will be organizing monthly training sessions so that resellers will have all the tools they need to promote the pbxnsip solution. We have faith that, together, pbxnsip and Achab will be successful in a market as interesting and receptive as the one we have seen in Italy.” pbxnsip and Achab news story

  22. This is the Polycom Star IP Conference phone. Will this be auto provisioned in the same way as the normal Polycom phones?
  23. Will pbxnsip configure this phone through PnP?
  24. That will break backward compatability with the product deployed in the field now. This is how currently it works, you allowed for domain to domain calling in V2 and now customers will not be able to do that as of V3. Can you answer the ANI question please?
  25. Currently on a hosted server, extensions may call each other in different domains by using the TEL:alias. So domain2.com has a TEL:alias of 123456789, user in domains1.com dials 123456789, the call goes to the extension in domain2.com (it remains on-net and is classed as an internal call). Does this security fix prevent this current functionality from working? ANI.... The old logic for Caller-id was as follows: Present Caller-id of a redirected call Present the value set in paramenter 2 Present the TEL:alias Does the ANI functionality over rule the 'old' TEL:alias functionality? Does the first two stages continue to be used?
