  1. Just re apply the licence and it will work. By the way Vodia there is a bug when you upgrade to 5.3.0 The license is not recognised anymore and in General - System - Maximum number of calls switches to 0. Please be aware. It happened on 3 clients. Best regards,
  2. You can use Bria. Works very well with snomONE. Best regards,

    5.2.5

Hi all, Just got a strange issue after upgrading to 5.2.5 regarding the "Hold" function. If a person calls you and you press the "Hold" button person can hear the moh music but if you press again the "Hold" you only hear static noise. Environment: Win7 machine with snomone 5.2.5 and snow 821 phones running latest firmware with separate PoE switch. One phone running latest beta firmware and has the same issue. System was working fine before the update. Any thoughts? Thanks. Best regards,
  6. Hi all Here is my setup. SnomOne as the pbx software and a few snom phones. We bought a Yealink T46G for testing. We have distinctive ringtones for sale, IT etc. Snom phones work OK but the Yealink doesn't. Is there a setting that needs to be done on the SnomOne pbx ringtones files or in the yealink cfg? I've managed to auto provision the phone from the SnomOne so the phone is supported by the SnomOne pbx software. Thanks! Kind regards
  7. Hello Here is the scenario. Caller A calls caller B and asks to be transferred to caller C. When caller B wants to transfer A to C he receives another call from caller D. So if caller B doesn't pay attention the last call that he received (is this case from caller D) becomes the active one. So instead of transferring caller A he will transfer caller D to C. Is there any option so caller A remains the last one? We looked at the wiki and normally the oldest call is the one being transferred by default and in our case it's the latest. Thank you! Kind regards This is my problem which I've posted also on the SNOM forum. Here are the replies: 1.You may wish to check your setting "always_show_active_call" 2.This feature is somewhat new, so it is advised to ensure the phone is on the latest firmware and has been 'reset' to factory defaults to ensure the values of the former setting configuration do not reside in the phone after update. Thanks for your reply. I did a factory reset on all our phones last week but didn't test this yet. So probably this has been the issue. Thanks again! Best regards, I've tested but no luck. Still the same issue. Where do I need to specify the syntax? In SnomOne/ Customise/ Templates/ Phone PNP / snom_820_phone.xml ? I added this syntax: <always_show_active_call perm="PERMISSIONFLAG">on</always_show_active_call> Is this ok? Thanks! Best regards, 3.The setting can be set in the provisioning file. Or send an HTTP GET to the phone manually: http:// <PhoneIP> /dummy.htm?settings=save&always_show_active_call=on However, please note that this setting is in the latest firmware version, as specified in the wiki link. Yes I've read that. But is strange though. I'll try to send the HTTP GET. Thanks! I've sent the HTTP GET but still not working. Any other solution? Thanks! Kind regards 4.This may be do to a Button Profile with the Snom ONE and it might be suggested to extend this inquiry to the http://forum.snomone.com threads. I cannot reproduce the issue with my snom, yet I am not using the Button Profiles or PnP feature on our Snom ONE. So I need your help now. Thanks! Best regards
  8. Thank you SNOM!!! for your assistance After deleting the certificates the problem was solved.

  11. Hi hosted I have DHCP option 66, yes it's on site.
  12. Hi Vodia I have two certificates. 1. Go Daddy Class 2 Certification Authority 2. provisioning.snom.com
  13. The phone was factory reset. The phone is inside LAN. It's also bind to the MAC. I haven't touched any settings. So this is what I did. I did a factory reset on a WORKING phone. It's one of my colleagues phone. I wanted to see if it will auto provision. But it's not.
  14. Tried both DHCP and manually but failed. I've seen that in the manual method after the restart if I log in manually from the phone it works but doesn't get the settings..
  15. Hi guys I have the following problem. I'm managing some 821's and 320's Snom phones connected to a computer running snomONE. I did the following test: I factory reseted one Snom 821 and now it's not auto provisioning. Can't figure out why. Thanks.
  16. Hi snomONE Sorry for writing hear but I think there is no point of opening another topic. I've followed your steps but it seems that not all the information from the database from the ONE mini is transferred to the snom ONE windows. Can you give me a hint or something? Thank you very much. Cristian My database is about 80MB by the way.
