HI; the system will allow you to send your voice mail to multiple email addresses HOWEVER, it will only send the attachment to one of them. why is this and how do i fix it??? please advise asap.

1) How much bandwidth do i need per simultaneous call? 2) if i am using the calling card feature do i need doublebandwidth? ie is it considered two channels? one incoming and one outgoing? please advise asap.

The way they are transferring is by hitting the transfer key then entering the extension and hitting transfer again right away...thats a blind transfer??

Hi; i figured out how to get it woprking. basically i was using option 66 to push the server setting to the phones. for all the phones it worked but for some reason the IP7000 didnt like taking instructions from the windows dhcp server so i turned off option 66 then i entered the server options manually and then the plug and play worked no problem! How can i setup (if at all) that when a call comes in to the receptionist and she transfers the call to an internal user that the caller id should show the callers number and not the receptionist extension number? this is an urgent issue as the person does not always want to speak to the caller however they think the call is coming from the receptionist! HI; i have clients complaining that when they make outbound calls many times they are getting an error beep beep beep after 5 or six rings instead of getting voicemail or something....it sounds like the call is timing out or something....

hmm...not too familiar with Linux but ill give it a shot...but if possible please add the functioin of adding wav files to agent groups in furter edition of the software.

Hi i have a client who was just setup using a windows server and a PRI card/line...they are complaining of major call quality issues mainly on oubound calls...the people they are calling are saying they sound distant etc....please advise what steps i can take to resolve this!

This is what i needed. thank you. in future versions may i suggest that you integrate this into the basic mailbox features. ie when users hit 4 to record a message it should prompt them to record more than one message as this way makes it more confusing for the less technilogicaly advanced clients!

Hi; i have a client with a polycom 650 with two sidecars attached. they are set up using PNP and i entered in the extension for that extension to monitor the calls of multiple extension numbers but for some reason they will not show up on her screen or sidecars? i have tried rebooting the phone numerous times and clearing registrations but that does not seem to do it...please advise? Hi; i have a client who would like to be able to record muliples greetings...for example on a regular day he would have a greeting that says "thank you for calling i am not at my desk please leave a message" but if he is out of town he would like the message to say "i am out of town etc" is there any way for him to record both messages and then just be able to switch between the two of them by selecting 9? please advise asap.
