I just installed last versione of vodia (63.0.2) and some gxp1610/15 grandstream phones (fw and When I click on LDAP search softkey button and I search for like letter "A", phone freezes and I've to reboot disconnecting the power. Someone can reproduce this issue with a grandstream phone? Thank you. Not sure is a bug on gxp fw or other thing. Regards, Alessandro Marzini

Hello, I installed the last version of vodia on my raspberry3, I configured the setting for italian language, but except for the ivr audio files, the web pages for both administrator and user are still in english (I verifified that is working for other languages like french, german, etc). Is the last vodia version supporting italian language (the italian flag is present in the login webpage). Thank you, Alessandro Marzini
  4. I confirm...changing the Vodia System language from italian to english, everything is working. So it would be necessary to add some option for speech-to-text mode (phone_call, default, video) in case of different language (is it possible to change it somewhere in the linux filesystem text configs?

  8. Yeah, I had that page in the old version, but in the last version I installed, not. Maybe it's like you say, it's visible only on "cloud" version. So, if I install the linux debian (raspberry) version on some ip public linux server, is that still disabled? Or the only way to have that option is to have the Vodia Hosted version?
  9. Hello, according to this doc https://doc.vodia.com/pnp_snom I should find the SNOM Redirection Server setting on Admin->Phone->Setting but I dont' see any parameter like that (I've the last version 63.0.1 Vodia mini PBX Debian (RPI3+)). Where I'm doing wrong?
  10. Yes if I call from internal extension I can hear the custom ringback. I suspect the problem is ISDN_line--->Pattons SN4120--->Vodia PBX. I tried all the option in the pstn setting but nothing... :((
  11. Hello, I've installed the last version of Vodia (61.00) and I've problem with custom ringback. From admin section I uploaded a wav file (mono, 8000hz, etc) as a ringback. Then on huntgroup i setup the custom ringback. I tried different setup on trunk (patton isdn) : force ringback yes/no, Ringback (support early media) media/180, Generate ringback when trunk does not provide it: yes/no But nothing, when I call from outside into the pbx, I hear the normal ringback tone and not the wav audio I uploaded. Some suggestion? Thank you
  12. this is happening with the last version of Vodia PBX 61.0 and Snom 370 and Snom 300 phones with the firmware provisioned by the pbx, I didn't know how to solve it so I just disactivated TLS for now. I should try if the same happen also calling between extensions instead of patton and extension
  13. I changed from TLS to UDP in provisioning setting and the problem is solved. Everything was working smoothly with a previous version of Snom ONE 4.x and the same patton device (and some Snom 370/Snom300). Phones. The Patton (SN4120) is updated to the last version

Hello I'm using Vodia 61.0 and I'm trying to do this: hungroup: first 10 seconds call ext 40, after 5 seconds call ext 40,41,42, final stage call the cellphone of ext40 from anyphone I know we can call *00<extnumber> to call the cellphone of <extnumber>, is it possible also in the various stages (for example 840 is (was?) for 40's voicemail) of different configuration or only from phones? Thank you
  15. Hello, I've last 61.0 version of Vodia and I'm using Snom 370 and Snom 300 provisioning (starting from complete full factory reset). When I receive a call from outside with isdn patton, if I put the call on hold and I retrieve the call, I can't hear the person who called me anymore (but he can hear me). Where it can be the problem? Thank you
  16. Hello, I've a customer having SNOMOne box and I've a tar backup of configuration. Is it possible to restore this backup on the last version of Vodia? Or I've to made the whole configuration from scratch? Thank you
  17. Hello, I've Vodia 56.00 and two Yealink registered on the same extension (41 and 41bis). When I receive an external call, both phones rings and this is ok and normal. If I answer the call from one of the two phone and I transfer the call to another extension with the "TRAN" option on the button or on the display, everything works. If I want to transfer the call, without answering the call, I select TRANS option or button or display (41), I digit the extension I want to transfer to (43)but the extension doesn't ring, the second phone (41bis) stil rings and if I do again the transfer on the 41bis, then the transfer works. The problems seems related to the two registration on the same account + transfering the call without answering. Thank you for the help
  18. Yes I would like if you can test the snomD315 model, can you "simulate" that model in some way? Or how I cab debug the problem? Anyway I'll make other tests, maybe the problem is because I'm using vodiapbx in a kvm machine (but I'm using bridge functionality so everything should be fine).

Hello, I just installed the last version of Vodia and I'm trying to do provisioning with a Snom D315 in the LAN but is not working, vodia logs reports: Web Server: File snomD315/snomD315-firmware.htm not found And then nothing else. Phone is this: https://www.snom.com/ip-phones/desk-phones/d3xx-series/snom-315-desk-telephone/ with firmware version: snomD315-SIP Vodia PBX version: 60.0.1 (Debian64) I checked almost everything but it doesn't work, what can I check?   23. Hello, a customer asked me if with Vodia is possible to have a way to bill internal calls (callls between extensions). The customer wants provider his customers with a phone connected to the pbx and bill them when they call a specific extension for support, also a prepaid for is ok where xxx minutes are available. The system could be also no-realtime but I dont' know how to pick the cdr, check minutes used between specif extensions and then block some extensions to call another extensions (complicated I know...).   24. Ok and this solve the problem of hearing "this call is being to be recorderd" also when internal extension call eachother but...those call (internal calls) are still recorded, right?
  25. Hi and thank you for your reply. I'm not using any ACD actually, just normal extensions and a DID for inbound/outbound call. I would like to have this configuration: People calling to DID ---> Auto Attendant ---> extensions : AUTOMATIC RECORDING + ANNOUNCE "this call is being recorded" For all the other case (so for example internal calls between extensions): NO AUTOMATIC RECORDING / NO ANNOUNCE Thank you
