    I wondered if it would be possible to activate the recall function in this scenario:
    - external number on vody 02444444
    - the customer calls from the outside to 024444444
    - the call is handled by a DISA/IVR (these are just examples) and the caller is invited to type in the external number -> for example 02555555
    - the caller at that point is calling the number 02555555 using the trunk of Vodia 02444444

    n.b.: obviously, for security reasons, everything must be authorised by means of a password or by recognising the caller.

    I hope I've made myself understood, can I do it and how?

  2. using android apps and logging in with user/web pwsd before you could see it from the phone as in the attached photo, now with version 63.1 has become unusable from mobile phone view as you would see from pc then unsightly,
    Is something wrong with me?

    the backups I create (entire Vodia folder) is valid for any license ? (of course each license will have its limits).
    If, for example, I take a backup made with free and I take it to the NFR or vice versa, does it work well? Obviously, depending on the license, I will have services that are active or not...

  4. an NFR activated about 20 days ago that you can't do updates, has a lot of limits etc.... it doesn't do anything at all.
    It takes months to test a product. 
    I don't think you've seen and understood everything in 20 days, impossible :)
    Anyway, I repeat, I talk to my partner and see what to do.

    I understood and solved the problem,
    I put an "Outbound-DID" number on the extension and it was bad news.
    At this point the problem is not the Grandstream phone but my settings on Vodia.
    I try to describe my question:

    scenario:
    - trunk 1 - with numbers 023333201 up to 023333201
    - trunk 2 - single number 025555555
    - extension 206 receives calls on the DID 023333206
    - extension 206 comes with 023333206 (setting "Outbound-DID" 023333206 to extension 206)

    so far, so good to receive and transmit,
    but what if the outgoing 206 wants to use trunk 2 - 025555555?
    as described above is not usable, 
    Where am I wrong?
    in a nutshell if on Vodia I register different trunks I have to be able to use from each extension each trunk

  10. Sorry I have Vodia 63.0.1 (Win32) but I do not see the screen I should find (see screen ) I see many vendors (Snom, Yealink etc...) but I do not see Zoiper.
    I can't find the settings for Zoiper or is there something wrong?

  11. Okay, so,
    two successful simultaneous calls made at the same time.
    I have done further tests and I think I have understood that the problem arises on a Grandstream phone and not on a Snom.
    Both are supplied by Vodia, both correctly transfer the external calls to an internal one (both with announcement and in blind mode), but if I try to transfer an external call from a Grandstream (GXP1625) the conversation falls off :(
