    example scenario, I want to activate a new extension 209:
    - user -> 209
    - auth id -> kjh209
    - pswd -> uauasyasd6R
    - recording server -> 192.168.2.33

    I can enter all parameters but I don't know where to enter auth id.
    For security reasons I normally impose a different auth id on each extension. But on Vodia I don't see where I can set it.

  5. Web Session Timeout

    hi,
    I noticed that although I set the parameter "Web Session Timeout(s)" to 3600 seconds the session is not interrupted after this time.
    If for example I access the system after 4 hours the system does not ask me to insert user/pswd again,
    Where am I wrong?

    hi,
    wanting to manually register a SIP extension you can enter user, password and registration server, but I do not see if it is possible and how to enter the authentication (very important for security reasons).
    Is it possible to do this?

  7. Annoying background noise on call via Trunk Voip

    hi,
    I hear an annoying noise in the background on call via Trunk Voip.
    I dial the external number, press send and there is this noise, then it disappears to the answer of the called.
    The problem is definitely caused by the Vodia server because the same IP phone and the same network infrastructure with other Voip server the problem does not arise, how can I solve it?

    I have a problem with the Android App, locally it works well (example https://192.168.1.34) but remotely I can not connect (example https://66.77.88.99)
    The NAT of the RTP and SIP 5060/5061 ports has been done, in fact a remote extension in SIP works regularly with two-way audio.
    What other ports should I do the NAT and what measures should I take in the Vodia server for the Android App to connect from the outside?

    I'll correct myself,
    The provisioning also following the online doc works partially, you must enter via web in the Grandstream phone and press the button "Start" to do the provisioning from Vodia. So you have to launch the command from the phone, but it becomes impossible because you can not enter via the web on the phone as it seems that it is impossible to trace the pswd (so I was told by you in another post).

    OK but you need to intervene manually via the web, enter the phone and make the appropriate customizations, as I am for the templates are not complete, if it is not possible after provisioning to make changes via the web in the phone everything becomes impractical.
    So I need to understand if it is possible to somehow enter via the web in the phone or it is impossible.
    I am testing the server, I am an installer and the solution of an inaccessible phone I do not think it is acceptable for any installer and no situation.
    So my question is the same, how do I access a phone via the web after provisioning?

    sincerely I don't understand where to insert my public ip in the parameters of the Vodia, can you kindly indicate me the path where to insert my public ip (example 33.33.33.33) and where to insert the local ip range (in my case 192.168.1.0/24)?

    I'm sorry, but I can't get my public ip on Vodia.
    I did the NAT of the RTP range and ports 5060 and 5061 on my firewall to the local ip of the Vodia but the remote phones (with STUN active) are recorded but there is no audio.
    Probably I miss to insert Public IP on Vodia and what else?
    my local range is 192.168.1.1/24 and Public IP is 33.33.33.33 (example) where I enter these values correctly, I looked at the documents online but honestly I did not understand much :(

    on the GDPR I know the problem, in any case I see how to change the pswd SIP (so I change it without knowing the previous one), the question remains on how to enter via the web to the phone, where is the place to insert it? Maybe I don't see where to put it?

    with reference to the SIP pswd of the extension and the web access to the phone I can not understand how to read them.
    Let me explain, in case of provigioning for example of a Snom/Grandstream phone or other, the phone is registered to the Vodia Server.
    If, for any reason, I have to enter via web from the phone or manually register the phone, how can I go back to the credentials of the extension, considering that they are not visible?
