    I have activated for testing an installation on Windows 32 bit, I have problems of instability and especially the timeout system times are often not read correctly.
    Sometimes it is enough to restart the Vodia service and apparently everything is fine.
    Are these problems known?

    I detect a problem with the return of parked or waiting calls.
    Even if you change the parking system times ..... etc. fall after 60 seconds without also returning to the person who put on hold / parking.
    For example, even if you set 3 minutes as the timeout time, after 1 minute the conversation falls off.

    I can't get a good grasp of the dial plan logic:
    for example, I wanted to make these rules
    - block 00
    - enable however 004456273834
    - enable all numbers starting with 01 until 09
    - block 1 initial 
    - enable 11 initial
    - block 8 initial
    - Enable 800/848/803
    - 91x -> select the number x by deleting 91
    - if I select +39x only the number x is dialed and deleted +39

    are the rules being read from top to bottom?
    I've tried in every way but I'm definitely wrong something, can you please give me a hand?

  6. I set the timeout time /System/Maximum ring duration → 30 seconds
    and it's perfect for hair extensions.
    The problem is that the above timeout is also used in the Hunt Groups.
    30 seconds of ringing is too little, how do I increase the timeout time of the Hunt Group to more than 30 seconds and instead keep the timeout indicated above for the Extensions at 30 seconds?

  7. I have seen that it is possible to create csv files with the basic settings of the extensions.
    How do extensions have many options is it possible for example to export 1 "wild" extension to a file and from that to create example 100 and then import all 100 settings included?
    The same question about trunks, is it possible to do this with trunks?

  8. If I understand correctly the backup of the entire folder of Vodia is a complete backup well done.
    To restore from scratch you should just replace the new folder after an installation with the backup folders (folders only).
    Can a 32bit or 64 bit restore be restored on both?
    Is it possible to make a partial backup, e.g. only extensions or only trunks? (which folders?)
    Is it possible to restore only extensions or only trunks?
    Same question: how do I save and restore only the admin and domain parameters?

    Company fourth floor -> extension 209-210-211-212
    Company seventh floor -> extension 215-216-217

    if example 209 calls the 217 and extension 201 dials *87 to answer the other call actually answers the 209.
