    I've tried different star codes and I've got problems.
    Example *85 for the call park and *77 I can't use them.
    I'm in conversation and I type *85 or *77 and nothing happens, I just hear the DTMF tone sent, where am I wrong?

    Let me explain, with IP phones everything works without typing in the star codes, I imagine that the star codes are used for the use of analog phones or otherwise without system keys.
    So do they use star codes from these analog phones example *77? 
    Can the R (Flash) key on the phones be used ?

     

  2. I swear that I have done it at least 3 times, every time I restarted the service and at the retouching it was set by itself the door 21.
    Now I have done it again and the door is empty (magic)

    I take advantage of this for a question about the Vodia service, currently I stop and restart the Vodia service from the Windows services,
    Isn't it possible to restart the service with a button in Vodia? There are no problems locally, but remotely it becomes a problem.

  4. so I imagine you by "super administrator" you mean "Administrator Login" (so the parameters at the top of the screen, to understand), but the administrator with "hand" powers is the "System Administrators" (so the parameters at the bottom of the screen, to understand), or vice versa?
    In any case, it is essential to have set the "Administrator Login" instead of the "System Administrators" only in case you need to set them.
    I'm slow but then I understand eh  😂

    I have a question about the extension PIN.
    I saw that it is possible to system activate the PIN request when listening to the voice mail. Basically there is no PIN and you have to enter it for each extension.
    Entering the PIN will correctly prompt you to enter it.
    I don't understand how to delete an extension's PIN if you have entered it by mistake or by test. I can only disable the PIN request at system level. 
    Is there a way to "delete" the PIN on the extension?

  6. Hi I have a couple of questions about some timing of the system that I can't find:
    - where do you set the minimum recording time in the voicemail?
    - the ring time towards extensions and groups is set in administrator/settings/sustem -> "Maximum ring duration (s)" example 30 seconds.
    The problem is that 30 seconds may be fine on the missed answer of the extension (the missed answer message intervenes where you are invited to dial 1 for the reservation), but it is too short for the group as an incoming call on the Trunk intended for the group would end after 30 seconds. It would be a good idea to differentiate between these two times.
    It should also be possible to customize this timeline for each extension.

    Solutions?

  7. Unfortunately, it is not enough to erase the door, as soon as Vodia's service starts, the door is recreated.
    Example FTP 21, delete the port and save, restart the service and 21 again appears in the FTP port.
    Then I sincerely do not understand why you have not put deto the interface of Vodia the key to stop or restart the service of Vodia, it would have been very convenient.

    I don't understand why locally I have one-way audio.
    Windows firewall disabled, I call locally from webrtc to a local phone and I have one-way audio.

    n.b.: the phone has two-way audio if I call other extensions or the trunk, it has one-way audio only if I call the extension in webrtc.

    updating:
    I have now tried locally between Android app and SIP phone and audio is unidirectional.
    So the problem with way forward audio is only if you use pure webrtc.

    I wanted to know how to enable/disable SSH - FTP - TFTP services, in reference to SSH the manual reports the following:

    SSH login: When SSH gets enabled, the PBX writes the SSH configuration files. Depending on the SSH version, this could work or not. Hopefully this works now for all versions in 63.0.

    as for FTP and TFTP I see how to change the port, but not how to disable services, also for SSH - FTP - TFTP access credentials are those of the administrator?
