ap_6200
I've found through testing, that putting a contact as a White List on the DOMAIN level - has no impact on the CNAM coming in... Only when you add that same contact to the USER Address Book does the CNAM show up. Is this by design? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks
Vodia PBX
Is this by design? Nope. Does it make a difference if the contact type is white or black or just transparent?

It does not make a difference - from what I can test - it's transparent.
Vodia PBX
It does not make a difference - from what I can test - it's transparent. The problem with the address book matching is that in many cases when the call comes in it is not clear where it exactly goes (at least at the time when the address book query happens). For example, if the call goes to the auto attendant then at that time it is impossible to use the user address book yet. But your case sounds more easy. How does the call come in? Sounds like there is a problem finding the right domain.
