There is an delay for about 2 seconds form the time that phone 1 starts ringing for phone 2. Is there somting we can do about this? We use version 2.1.11.2484 Greetings, Alexander van den Hoek. The ACD tries to invite agents in steps. Inviting all agents at the same time put a heavy load on the system (SIP can be pretty heavy), therefore it is a good idea to slow it down a little bit. But you can change this, check out the settings in the agent group. Just set the number of agents that are added in each stage to 10.
