almoondsllc Posted September 21, 2018 Report Share Posted September 21, 2018 Hello, I've installed the last version of Vodia (61.00) and I've problem with custom ringback. From admin section I uploaded a wav file (mono, 8000hz, etc) as a ringback. Then on huntgroup i setup the custom ringback. I tried different setup on trunk (patton isdn) : force ringback yes/no, Ringback (support early media) media/180, Generate ringback when trunk does not provide it: yes/no But nothing, when I call from outside into the pbx, I hear the normal ringback tone and not the wav audio I uploaded. Vodia PBX Posted September 21, 2018 Report Share Posted September 21, 2018 I would generate a PCAP for the call and listen to it. Maybe your trunk provider just does not accept it anyway? I suspect the problem is ISDN_line--->Pattons SN4120--->Vodia PBX. I tried all the option in the pstn setting but nothing... :(( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
