I was trying to add my email in CDR URL under domain setting as "mailto:rakeshkumar@yahoo.com" but somehow system is not allowing me to dot it. On version 5 it's fine. Please advise. If I use my email to to receive CDR, on each call I receive two emails one is Direction "I" and other is "O" either call is inbound or outbound.
