OND Posted October 1, 2020 Report Posted October 1, 2020 Hello. I have a customer with a Yealink T58V, and for some reason when users try to intercom him, it fails most of the time. They usually need to try 3-5 times before it finally goes through. I was thinking that maybe the phone was going to sleep and wasn't receiving pages while in sleep mode, but that didn't seem to help. Any ideas why this might be happening? The rest of the office has T46S and T27G phones and work fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using the Vodia multi-tenant hosted PBX running version 66.0.2 Quote
Vodia PBX Posted October 2, 2020 Report Posted October 2, 2020 If the phone is on SIP/TCP or TLS this would be indeed very strange because then there should be no packet loss. I would check the logs of the phone for any hint about the incoming call and maybe there is some message that explains why it does not accept the call. Quote
