For some reason, when agents in one of my domains call out, the person they are calling is seeing the extension name instead of the company name in their caller ID. Obviously the customer doesn't want "John Doe" showing when they call out, they'd rather have "XYZ Company" show. The funny this is that it only seems to be doing this one one of the domains on my hosted multi-tenant PBX. Where is this setting?
