jawaid
I am on version 68.0.2 and one of my customers wants the ability to be able to see all the calls made for his company. Is there a way of seeing the Call Log in the user portal? I cannot see the option in the menu at the top of the screen. Alternatively, how would you create an 'admin' account restricted to a specific tenant, and to only be able to do certain things. I have tried creating a group (with only view cdr and manage cdr options) and assigned user to that group, but when I log into the web portal for that user, cannot see the option to view the CDR. Am I missing something here???

Create domain admin for them. Domain list > Edit button > bottom of the page. 11 hours ago, jawaid said: version 68.0.2 and one of my customers wants the ability to be able to see all the calls made for his company. Turn on the groups setting for this tenant's extension from under /dom_groups.htm You should be able to see it under "calls" then.
jawaid
When I look through the list of available pages to customise for the tenant, I do not see a dom_groups.htm How do I create one, and what settings should be in that file? Do you have a copy of default dom_groups.htm?
Support
That page is permissions / groups page. It's not a page that can be customized. Go to that page and set permissions.
jawaid
I already have the group permissions setup for that account. When I look in the calls list for that user only shows calls to/from that user, rather than all calls for all accounts.

jawaid
Here are the options I have setup for the group:
Support
And have you assigned it to that extension and scope as well? Does that extension get this permission? If yes, then refresh the user portal and see if it takes effect there and then jump onto the Windows app.
jawaid
Yes as below: ave Under the extension permissions can see the group listed in there as well. Have refreshed the user portal, but still cannot see the CDR logs. Don't use the windows app, just the user portal, have accessed from another pc as well, but only see calls the user made, not calls for the other extensions. Support
Let's get on a call and sort both of your issues out together. We're available between 9:30 - 5 PM EST.
jawaid
Sure, that is probably a good idea. I am 5 hours ahead of you, anytime after my 19:30 is good for me, guess it would be around 14:30 your time? I can do Thursday or Friday this week, or can arrange for a day next week. Let me know which suits you better. Thanks

Vodia PBX
The domain CDR view was not in the front end, we'll add something to the next build (68.0.5.beta). It should be there in a few days.
jawaid
That's great, If you can let me know when the build is complete and available, I can update that system and check that it works.

jawaid
I am upgraded my system to v68.0.5-beta, but still cannot see the CDR's when I log into the user portal, ie the portal that allows you to make/receive calls. When I go to calls, all I see are the calls made to/from this extension.
Support
Hi, Did we ever get to be on a call and screen share via anydesk to look at this? Can you please call us at the time and number specified above?
Vodia PBX
You need to have the viewcdr permission or that extension (be part of a group that has that permission). Then there should be a select box o the top right where you can toggle between personal CDR log and tenant scope.
jawaid
The extension does have view CDR privileges as shown in the screenshot below: When logged into the portal I only have option of personal and shared, personal shows calls for this extension (only shows 1 call, but there are more calls to/from this extension), but am not shown anything when I select shared. Vodia PBX
This should be in the "calls" menu.
jawaid
That is exactly where I am seeing it. When you click on the dropdown next to Personal, the only option I get is Shared, but when I select that, I don't see any calls for the tenant. I also noticed an option in the group permissions for 'See calls of all users' and enabled it for this group, but that did not make any difference. jawaid
Could you please provide an update for this please?
Vodia PBX
IMHO this should be working. The group permissions turned out to be tricky, it could be a problem that that extensions lacks the permissions.
