Call pickup on Windows app

When you go to pickup another extensions call, the information goes offscreen.  If you have 2 columns, the right hand side looks ok and shows all the data, the left (or single column) skews everything left and off screen.  The function is there and works, just looks messy.

 

This is on V68.0.2 and 68.0.4

Yea there are many problems with the CSS in that version, we are cleaning this up I the next major build.
