Hi,

So on a few extension and on seperate domains when we have the forking on for someones cell and a caller calls in it rings the users cell fine and starts reading the caller ID but after the prefix the system hangs up entirely. No I know the caller goes to their voicemail still. Any one else having this problem. BTY, we 're running 3.1.1.3101

Does the cell phone call send a BYE message to the PBX? How long does it take until the call to the cell phone gets established? Does the mailbox kick in?

This happens to me, however it is because the ring timeout expired and the system voicemail picked up.. thus the PBX hung up on the cell call.

I extended my rings to voicemail and now it plays the cell number. i normally dont wait for the pbx to play back the CID info. I just press 1.

That wasn't our case as it was ringing the cell immediately and our voicemail pickup was the default 20 seconds. We did update last night to a newer release and are fine now. I am also advising our clients if they want to use this feature to extend as you said the voicemail pickup to at least 30 seconds.
