ed_fr
Hello I have a problem: The Vodia Android application does not work (no sound or microphone during calls) on 4G. But it works fine on WiFi... Smartphone: Galaxy XCover 5 (SM-G525F/DS) Android version: 13 One UI version: 5.0 Kernel Version: 4.19.111-25361526 (01/31/2023) I factory reset the phone, applied all updates and installed the Vodia phone app. The app has all permissions. The application works in wifi at home, in the office and in the hotel but not in 4G. The phone works well in 4G with other applications (surf, WhatsApp,...). I have 8 Galaxy XCover 5, the 8 have the same problem... Iphones and other Android phones (non-Samsung brand) work fine. Version of pbx vodia: 68.0.28 Do you have an idea? THANKS! Vodia Telephone System
We tested it right now with Samsung S22 Android 13 on 4G and it works fine. It's always a little difficult when we can't reproduce the problem here, that's when we need more information like pcap traces for that call. You can turn the pcap on for that extension on the pbx. You can download the pcap from the calls records page of the pbx and send it to us. Also it would be better if you did that through our ticket system: https://support.vodia.com That way we can keep track of it and also share more info. ed_fr
Really sorry for the noise.... After research, the mobile APN "Orange World" seems to filter certain flows... By using the "Orange Entreprise" mobile APN, it works.
