hosted Posted July 18, 2007 Report Share Posted July 18, 2007 Right now the ACD distribution is random. would be nice to also have: fewestcalls - ring the one with fewest completed calls from this queue leastrecent - ring interface which was least recently called by this queue roundrobin - take turns ringing each available interface ringall - ring all available channels until one answers I know you can do ringall in hunt groups. but this ACD function would be nice also for ACD statics.
