Are you using the button "dnd" for this with the mass provisioning?

Vodia PBX
Yes, user is pressing the snom dnd button. yes, the phone is being provsioned by typing mac into pbxnsip. Probably the usage of the snom 360 sidecar will also expose this problem (see the other topic from today). There must be something wrong with the DND indication. mattlandis
hi, The phones with the problems (basically anyone that presses DND on the phone ;-) do not have sidecar. >There must be something wrong with the DND indication. something wrong with pbxnsip? or snom? tx matt
hosted
this is a problem with snom phones. you press the DND and the snom sends a message to pbxnsip enabling the DND on the PBX. however if you press DND to fast the snom doesnt send the pbx updates. I either disable the DND button or assign a button with LED DND indication. its a pain either way. it would be nice if you could just disable the PBX update and let the local phone do the DND. mattlandis
thanks for that update. I'm not used to hearing snom doesn't do something correct! ;-) matt
