Pro and Pro Plus is the standard Office and Call Centre edition, the only change there is the ACD queue is only available in the Pro Plus edition. The basic edition is for people who want an entry model license or deploy a hybrid type of solution. Please contact you account manager for a new price list with the features described. Rudi Rudi, i doubt your existing clients will loose features. New license will be issued as per the comparison list and your price list. ACDs are still available, you should order the Pro Plus edtion.
