Vodia PBX
I would like to configure a service flag to do the following: When morning (06:00 - 12:00) go to hunt group 95 When afternoon (12:00-18:00) go to hunt group 96 When evening (18:00-00:00) go to hunt group 97 When night (00:00-06:00) go to hunt group 98 How can I configure this the best way? or do I need to configure it with something else instaed of a service flag? I would set up four service flags (say 85, 86, 87, 88) and then list them in the night service fields: Service Flag Account: 85 86 87 88 Night Service Number: 95 96 97

The first service flag one corresponds to the first one number, 2nd to 2nd and so on. The PBX takes the first "active" service flag and moves only on if the flag is not set. It is not very obvious, agreed! http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Auto_Attendant has something on the night service, just one sentence , but there is also an example. I'm sorry to say, but it doesn't work. I have the following configuration: Flag: 81 (Morning) All days: 6:00-12:00P Flag: 82 (Afternoon) All days: 12:01P-18:00P Flag: 83 (Evening) All days: 18:01P-23:59 Flag: 84 (Night) All days: 0:00-5:59 When the time is: 1:30 the status is: 81 : SET 82 : SET 83 : SET 84 : CLEAR Hunt group 70 Night service: 81 82 83 84 Service Flag account: 101 102 103 104 Calling HG 70 extension 101 is called... while it should be night (84) but that one is clear. Somethiems e.g. at 15:00 2 flags are " SET" and 2 are "CLEAR"
pbx support
Let's try to clear the confusion here by understanding basics of SF 1. If you are using 24 hr clock, do not specify the "A" or "P" represent AM/PM. So, 18:00P will be invalid, use 18:00 or 6:00P. 2. If you want the start time to be 12:01 after noon, please use either 12:01 or 0:01P 3. If the current time falls within the SF time range, you will see the flag "CLEAR", otherwise it will show "SET" 81 -> 6:00-12:00 82 -> 12:01-18:00 (or 0:01P-6:00P) 83 -> 18:01-23:59 (or you know it by now ) 84 -> 0:00-5:59 I'm sorry to say, but it doesn't work. Leonmeijer
Oke, now i've got the correct flag to "clear" but the Huntgroup or AA switch to the first flag which is SET... and I can't manually change the flag to "clear" to just change the status of the flag... So now the flags are "correct" but... it doesn't do what I wanted, so I need to reconfigure the flags so they will show "SET" instead of clear but how? Or can I just put !83 so it will do "NOT 83" ?
