it lets you dial a phone number from, say, Outlook, or other tapi enable applications.

i can call from outlook only every now and then

a lot of times it will ring my extension, when i pick up it plays busy ring tone

and sometimes when i pick up it will call that number

does the http post method for trigger a call work every time?

 

We use that method (from a client app we wrote) and it works every time.

I personally haven't used the tapi driver yet.
