JWoods Posted January 5, 2010 Report Share Posted January 5, 2010 I have a client that has the cs410 and is running pbxNsip throughout their business, but for some reason, they can't get caller ID. After resetting the box, they get around 5% of the calls coming in to be on caller ID, but that is it... I don't even know where to start in trying to figure out why they don't get caller ID.
