hi there,

since i upgraded to the new version form 3.4 attended transfer does not work any more.

1. active call A

2. put call A on hold

3. make call B and announce the call

4. press transfer key

nothing happens here.

i tried this with snom 870 on 8.4.16 and snom 320 on 8.4.9

the transfer button is set to keyevent: transfer

thanx

Hmm. Transfer is pretty much a core feature that should work... Do you see a REFER coming from the phone to the PBX? This message must contain a Refer-To header and Referred-By (maybe attach the message here so we can take a look).

This is a bug in the PBX latest software and will be fixed in newest v4.2 version. (BTW, this was not an issue in v4.1 versions)

hi there,

thanx for fixing.

i have a feature request:

is it possible to have a short indication to the receiving person when the transfer is finished. one only that person hears?

its really hard to tell for the receiving person when the call got transferred.

There was an issue with the caller id update in the recent versions. We have fixed that just this week. So next Mac OS build will have that and the receiving party will see the caller id being changed.
