Unable to make outgoing calls

Hi All,




I have connected one PSTN line to FXO port 1 and WAN port to 3Com switch,Snom 320 and Snom 820 is used as two extensions


I configured a domain named as testpbx.com and also configured a trunk number using SIP Registration,


2 extension numbers are 573@testpbx.com and 574@testpbx.com


we are able to make incoming and outgoing calls internally,and also able to receive incoming calls externally(eg:-a mobile to 573@testpbx.com)


But we are unable to make calls from 573@testpbx.com to a mobile number.Not Found Message is showing


Is any additional configuration is required fro making outgoing calls.

Are you using the name "localhost" in the PBX as alias name? If not, do you have more than one domain? If you dont use the magic name "localhost", you must be clean with the setting of the domain name in the phone and possibly (if you dont have set the DNS names up right) the outbound proxy.
